Office of the Chancellor
Universities need to prepare the next generation of leaders to better understand opposing viewpoints, and engage in difficult debates. As a public institution, UCLA also has a responsibility to our community, offering a rich environment where facts matter and productive discussions can flourish.
About the Office
As UCLA’s chief executive officer, the chancellor shapes the vision and strategic plan for the campus, and grows and diversifies revenue streams in support of the university’s mission of education, research and service.
