UCLA Connects: Chancellor’s Office Hours

Students are at the heart of UCLA, and it’s important for their voices to help shape the Bruin experience. Through UCLA Connects: Chancellor’s Office Hours, individual students can join Chancellor Frenk for a 20-minute, in-person conversation.

If you are currently enrolled as a UCLA student and would like to offer a suggestion, share a concern, or discuss your experience as a Bruin, you can sign up for a discussion with Chancellor Frenk through the form below. The sign-up form will be open for two weeks at the start of each quarter.

UCLA Connects: Chancellor’s Office Hours Student Registration

Thank you for your interest in meeting with Chancellor Frenk. Please complete this brief form to be considered for an upcoming 20-minute slot at the Chancellor’s Office in Murphy Hall. Participants will be chosen at random; those selected will receive a confirmation email with details.

If you are experiencing a crisis or need immediate support, please do not use this form. Instead, contact the dean of students or visit UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services for urgent resources and assistance.

The sign-up form will be open for two weeks at the start of each quarter. A small group of students will then be selected at random from that pool of sign-ups. Throughout the quarter, selected students will receive invitations to join the chancellor for an office hours appointment.

Please note: Topics that will not be considered for the chancellor’s office hours include individual academic or student conduct decisions, letters of recommendation, employment requests and personal financial issues. Please consult with the dean of students on these topics.
