Chancellor Block and Mrs. Block traveled to Tokyo, where they joined alumni, parents, students and friends of UCLA in commemorating the one-year anniversary of the UCLA Japan Center and the 25th anniversary of the UCLA Terasaki Center for Japanese Studies.
